Child Care Connections has developed a detailed tutorial to assist child care providers in completing the Self Assessment Survey (SAS), which is the first step in the Great Start to Quality Tiered Quality and Improvement Rating System. We encourage ALL providers to complete this survey.
There are two tutorials in PowerPoint format. One is designed for Centers and one for Family and Group Homes. Keep in mind that you do not have to complete the Self Assessment Survey all in one sitting.
